BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles)

 

Our Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) service allows you to send in your own hair bundles to be transformed into a custom wig made specifically for you. This service is perfect for clients who already have quality bundles and want them professionally constructed into a unit. Clients are required measure their head (check the Head Measurement Chart for instructions).

Once this service has been purchased, clients must ship their hair within 7 days.

Hair Requirements:

• Closures and frontals must be new

• Bundles may be gently used, but they must be clean, free of thread, and have minimal weft cutting

 

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with the shipping address where your bundles should be sent.

Processing begins the day after the hair has been received.

The turnaround time for this service is 2 weeks.

 

Disclaimer:

Please note that we do not lighten, bleach, or highlight outside bundles. Bundles will be used as they are received.

Custom Orders: Processing for custom products takes 2-3 weeks, followed by shipping.
